We only retain the minimum data needed to present artist profiles and related editorial information. That includes names, bios, discipline tags, portfolio links, and media supplied for publication.

Artist rights

Artists keep ownership of the materials displayed on their profile pages. Budapest Underground acts as a discovery layer and does not claim copyright over submitted work.

Legal basis

We process profile information on the basis of legitimate interests in operating an independent creative directory.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at hello@budapestunderground.com. We aim to respond within one month.

Cookies and analytics

The site is designed to stay largely static and lightweight. If analytics are added in the future, they will remain privacy-first and limited to aggregate signals. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time through your browser settings.
